What areas do you serve?
Contact us with your address or target neighbourhood and we will confirm coverage and assign the agent with the strongest familiarity with that market. We do not accept listings in markets we cannot service at the same standard as our core area.
How do management fees work?
A percentage of collected rent plus approved maintenance at actual cost. Monthly statements itemise every charge — management fee, repairs, and vendor invoices are attached. There are no fees for occupied months without maintenance activity other than the management percentage.
Do you help first-time buyers?
Yes. We walk through financing pre-approval, inspection, and closing in sequence and explain each step before it happens. First-time buyer consultations include a plain-language overview of closing costs so the final number is not a surprise.
What is your average days-on-market?
It varies by price point and season. We share our current average for your property type and neighbourhood at the consultation — not a fleet-wide number that masks slower segments.
